Pricing

One plan, every module included

There are no feature tiers to compare. Every account gets dispatch, the technician app, billing, communications, commissions, and integrations. Pricing and terms are being finalized and will be announced at launch.

Service Biz Hero ships as one plan. There is no tier to upgrade into and no module held back for a higher price point - what changes at launch is the number attached to that one plan, not what you get for it.

That single decision - one plan, everything included, decided before the number is - is worth stating plainly, because it's the part of a pricing page most vendors leave vague until after a contract is signed. It's also the part an operator comparing options rarely gets a straight answer on until they're already a customer.

What is included

Every account gets every module: the dispatch route board, the technician app, the billing-candidate engine, customer communications, commissions, and the truck-location and QuickBooks integrations. Nothing described on the product page sits behind an upgrade. A small operator and a growing multi-truck company use the exact same platform - the difference is how much of it they lean on, not what they're allowed to touch.

This is a deliberate stance, not an oversight. A lot of the frustration operators describe about the software they've used before comes from discovering, after they've already signed, that the feature they actually needed was behind a higher tier or a separate add-on charge. Deciding the structure - one plan, everything included - before the number exists is what keeps that discovery from ever happening here.

How pricing works

Pricing and commercial terms are being finalized and will be announced at launch. There are no tiers to choose between and nothing gated behind an add-on fee - the structure is decided even though the number is not.

We would rather say "not yet" plainly than publish a placeholder number now and have to walk it back later, or worse, let a rep quote something different depending on who's asking. When pricing is announced, it will be announced here, in the same plain language as everything else on this site.

If you want to be first to see the number when it's announced, request a demo and we'll make sure you hear about it directly. In the meantime, the product page and the security page cover exactly what you're evaluating today - the modules included, how data isolation works, and what happens to your data if you ever decide to leave.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a month-to-month plan, or am I locked into a year no matter what?

Commercial terms are not published yet, so there is no term length to confirm or deny today. What we can say plainly: when terms are announced, they will be published here in the open.

What's the real monthly cost once I add the features I actually need, not the base price?

There is no feature-by-feature math to run, because there are no add-ons priced separately. Every module - dispatch, the technician app, billing, communications, commissions, and integrations - is included for every account. The number itself has not been announced yet; the structure that avoids the usual add-on surprise already has been.

Will price go up after I'm locked in, and how much notice do I get?

We have not published pricing yet, so we are not going to promise a number or a notice period we haven't finalized. What we can commit to now is publishing the terms here in plain language when they are announced, instead of leaving you to find them buried in an agreement.

Is pricing per-truck, per-user, or per-route, and how does that change as I hire?

Not decided publicly yet. This is exactly the kind of detail we would rather announce correctly once than guess at now and have to walk back later.

If I cancel, do I get my customer list and job history back in a usable format?

Yes. Your customer records, agreements, and job history are yours and can be exported. Tenant data is isolated to your account at the database level, so an export is a clean copy of your records and nothing else. What export means in practice is described on the security page.
